MEP project management for the development with the Supreme Council of Antiquities at a project cost of approximately $1.5Bn. Consisting of 9MVA utility load and 6MVA diesel standby generation working in coordination with SCADA, BMS, lighting controls, lift management system and chilled water systems.
Supervision for the design development of the exhibition fit out works, including showcases for the presentation of Egyptian and Greco-Roman artefacts. With a mixture of DMX and DALI lighting controls within various galleries and microclimate controls, also for various showcases, including temperature, humidity and nitrogen for the active showcases and gel cylinders for passive showcases. Addition of an extension of the Museum scope to include an enclosure for Solar Boats, currently located adjacent the Pyramids.
Liaison with Contractor for project timescales and contract management for the technical works. Overview of project timelines and procurement of goods for the project.
